In the case that the goods are faulty or not as ordered they can be returned within 10 days for a full refund.

If the goods are as ordered but you are not entirely satisfied with them you may return them for an exchange or credit note (excluding delivery charges). Please return these goods within 10 days. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE DONE SO IN PERFECT CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please ensure that returned items are packed well as we can not provide an exchange or refund for items that have been damaged in transit back to us.

All refunds will be issued to the card or payment method used to purchase, as soon as we receive the item.
